Payment and cancellation conditions

Payment terms: A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: 50% of the rental price for cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival, and 100% of the rental price for cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival. Security deposit: €1500, payable by credit card upon final payment.
